How it works

How a case study is made

  1. I approach individual clients whose path I find particularly interesting. This is not a blanket request to everyone. If the person wants to take part, the rest follows.
  2. I send a short questionnaire. Seven questions on starting point, turning point, the work we did and the current state. A few sentences per question are enough.
  3. I use the answers one to one, exactly as the person sent them. I don't shorten, I don't rewrite, I don't polish. What you read are the person's own words.
  4. Before publication the person sees the final online version and signs off in writing. Nothing is published without that approval.
  5. A photo and a signed consent form are mandatory. Without both, the story is not published.
