01 Starting point

How it was before

Before working with Lars, things were going well in my bachelor's studies, but I benefited from his support with the application for a further master's programme, because I wanted to follow up a rather unconventional academic path with a master's programme at a state university abroad.

02 Turning point

The moment help was needed

I specifically asked for Lars' support for a mandatory recommendation letter as part of my master's application.

03 Collaboration

What we did together

Lars helped me promptly and comprehensively with drafting the letter as well as the logistical background, such as the communication with the university, so that within only a few days I had a meaningful recommendation letter, which ultimately helped me to a study place at DCU.

04 Outcome

What changed concretely

This September I can now start my master's studies at DCU.

05 Advice to others

What would you say to someone standing where you stood?

I can warmly recommend Lars' support to everyone who needs support in similar matters as me. Lars was always quickly reachable, friendly and encouraging, and offered precise and productive feedback, which helped me a lot.
