Questions About Study Consulting
Costs, scheduling, and scope of consulting
What does the study consultation cost?
The 30-minute initial consultation is completely free and non-binding. For programs from my partner network, the entire consultation is also free, as the universities compensate me for the referral.
How quickly can I get a consultation appointment?
Typically within 2-3 business days. For urgent requests, shorter notice appointments are possible. You can book directly online or contact me via email or WhatsApp.
Which fields of study do you advise on?
On all fields of study: Business, Management, IT, Engineering, Psychology, and many more. Through my own 4 academic degrees and my partner network, I know the specifics of various disciplines.
Do I need traditional qualifications for a degree?
Not necessarily. Many partners offer admission pathways without traditional university entrance qualifications. Work experience, vocational training, or continuing education can be recognized as admission requirements. I assess your options in the initial consultation.
Can I get advice even if I am still undecided?
That is exactly what the initial consultation is for. Many of my clients do not know at first which program or university fits them. Together, we clarify your goals and explore what options exist.
Do you also advise on on-campus programs?
Yes. My offering covers all study formats: distance learning, on-campus, blended learning, and online. The right model depends on your personal situation.
Questions About Tuition Fees
Prices, installment plans, and funding options
What do the programs at partner universities cost?
Fees vary by university, program, and country. Typical ranges: Bachelor 6,000-20,000 EUR, Master/MBA 9,000-25,000 EUR, Doctorate 22,000-35,000 EUR (total costs). Credit transfers can significantly reduce both costs and duration.
Are there financing options?
Yes, several options: Installment plans over the study period (offered by most universities), employer sponsorship (many companies support continuing education), and various scholarship programs. I am happy to advise you on your options.
Why is the consultation free for me?
The partner universities and education providers compensate me for the referral. There are no additional costs for you. You only pay the regular tuition fees directly to the university.
Can I deduct tuition fees from my taxes?
In many cases, yes. A part-time degree can qualify as business expenses or special deductions. The exact rules depend on your individual situation and country. I recommend consulting a tax advisor.
Are there hidden costs?
No. You receive a transparent overview of all costs upfront. Tuition fees are paid directly to the university. There are no costs for my consulting and referral services.
Can my employer cover the study costs?
Many employers support part-time continuing education financially. This can be partial or full funding, often with a commitment agreement. It is best to raise the topic with your employer early.
Questions About Credit Transfers
Leverage prior learning, save time and money
How do credit transfers work?
Previously acquired qualifications can be credited toward the new program: vocational training, work experience, other degree programs, or certificates. This shortens study duration and reduces costs. In many cases, savings of up to 50% are possible.
What documents do I need for credit transfers?
Educational documents: Training certificates, degree certificates, continuing education certificates, Transcript of Records. Professional documents: Employment references, job descriptions, project documentation, recommendation letters. I review your documents in advance and help improve your credit transfer chances.
How much time can I save through credit transfers?
That depends on your prior qualifications. In many cases, study duration can be shortened by 1-3 semesters. For a bachelor with relevant training and work experience, savings of up to 50% are possible.
Can work experience without a certificate be credited?
Yes, this is possible with many partners. Work experience is documented through employment references, job descriptions, or project documentation. The exact requirements vary by university.
When will I know if my credit transfers are accepted?
Typically within 2-4 weeks after submission. I submit your documents directly to the university and keep you updated on the status.
What happens if a credit transfer is rejected?
Then you complete the respective module as part of the regular program. I review your documents in advance and assess the chances realistically, so you know what to expect from the start.
